How to Pay Your Invoice
Paying your invoice is a straightforward process that can be completed through our client portal. In this article, we'll guide you through the steps to view and pay your invoice online.
Viewing and Paying an Invoice
To pay an invoice, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account at https://portal.rightservers.com.
- Go to Billing → My Invoices.
- Find the unpaid invoice you'd like to pay and click on Pay.
Available Payment Methods
We offer several payment methods for your convenience:
- Credit/Debit Card
- PayPal
- Cryptocurrency (USDC)
- Account Credit
Step-by-Step: Paying an Invoice Online
To pay an invoice online through the client portal, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account at https://portal.rightservers.com.
- Go to Billing → My Invoices.
- Find the unpaid invoice you'd like to pay and click on Pay.
- Select your preferred payment method from the available options.
- Enter your payment details as required.
- Review your payment information and confirm the transaction.
Paying Multiple Invoices at Once
If you have multiple unpaid invoices, you may be able to pay them all at once. Simply select the checkboxes next to each invoice you'd like to pay, then click on Pay Selected.
What Happens After Payment
Once your payment is processed:
- The status of your invoice will change to Paid.
- A receipt will be emailed to you for your records.
If Your Payment Doesn't Go Through
If your payment doesn't go through, check the details of your payment method and try again. If you're still having trouble, consider using a different payment method.
Cryptocurrency Payments
For cryptocurrency payments:
- Send the exact amount to the provided wallet address.
- Payments may take some time to confirm on the blockchain before reflecting on your account.
