The Settings section in your RightClaw dashboard lets you manage your profile, integrations, API keys, and service preferences. Access it by clicking the Settings icon in the navigation bar.
Settings Tabs
Settings is organized into four tabs, each covering a different aspect of your account configuration.
Profile
Manage your account profile information, including:
- Display name and email address
- Time zone selection for accurate log timestamps
- Password changes
- Two-factor authentication setup
Integrations
Connect RightClaw to external platforms so your agent can send messages and interact with third-party services. Supported integrations include:
- Slack: Link your workspace to enable channel messaging and mentions
- Telegram: Connect a Telegram bot token for direct messaging
- Discord: Add a bot token for Discord server interaction
- Webhooks: Configure incoming and outgoing webhooks for custom integrations
Each integration shows a connection status badge. Click an integration to configure or disconnect it. You can connect multiple integrations simultaneously.
Keys
Manage SSH keys and API keys from this tab.
SSH Key Management
Add, view, and remove SSH public keys associated with your account. Each key is labeled with a name and the date it was added. To add a new key:
- Click Add SSH Key
- Enter a label for easy identification
- Paste your public key in OpenSSH format
- Click Save
SSH keys are applied to all VMs on your account automatically. Remove a key by clicking the delete icon next to it.
Preferences
Configure how your RightClaw services behave:
- Notification preferences: Choose email, Slack, or Telegram for service alerts
- Update schedule: Set your preferred window for managed updates and patches
- Backup retention: View your backup schedule and retention policy
- Terminal timeout: Set the idle timeout for web terminal sessions
Webhook Configuration
Under the Integrations tab, you can set up webhooks for automated notifications. Configure the endpoint URL, select which events trigger a webhook (such as VM status changes or health check failures), and test the connection before saving.
