Your Right Servers Inc. VPS or dedicated server comes with assigned IP addresses. You can view and manage these from the client portal's AutoVM control panel.
Viewing Your IP Addresses
Your server's IP addresses are displayed in the AutoVM control panel:
- Log in to the client portal.
- Go to Services → My Services and click on your VPS service.
- The service detail page shows an embedded overview with your IPv4 address (with a copy button) and IPv6 address if assigned.
- For detailed network information, click Go to Control Panel, then select the Network tab in the Access section.
Network Tab
The Network tab in the AutoVM control panel displays:
- IP Address — your server's primary IP
- Network Status — Connected or Disconnected
- IP Lists — all IPs assigned to the server
- Gateway and Netmask — network configuration values
- IPv6 address — if assigned to your server
Ordering Additional IP Addresses
If you need additional IP addresses:
- Open the Network tab in the AutoVM control panel.
- Click the Order IP link, which takes you to the addon ordering page in the client portal.
- Select the quantity and complete the order.
Alternatively, you can open a support ticket from the client portal or email support@rightservers.com with your requirements.
IPv6 Support
Most VPS services include an IPv6 address in addition to the primary IPv4 address. If your server has IPv6 assigned, it will appear in both the service overview and the Network tab. If your service includes IPv6 rotation (changing the IPv6 address), a Rotation tab will be available in the control panel — click Rotate IPv6 to request a new address.
