How to Log In to Your Client Portal

Logging In for the First Time
- Go to https://portal.rightservers.com in your web browser.
- Enter the email address associated with your account, which was provided during signup.
- Type in the password you set during signup.
- Click the "Log In" button to access your client portal.
If You Forgot Your Password
If you've forgotten your password, don't worry! You can easily reset it:
- Go to https://portal.rightservers.com in your web browser.
- Click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.
- Enter your email address associated with your account, and click "Submit".
- You will receive an email with a password reset link. Click on it to create a new password.
Changing Your Password Once Logged In
For security reasons, it's a good idea to change your password periodically:
- Log in to your client portal at https://portal.rightservers.com.
- Click your profile name in the top-right corner, then go to Account Settings.
- Click Change Password and follow the prompts to create a new password.

To keep your account secure, consider these best practices:
- Use a strong, unique password: Choose a password that is at least 12 characters long and includes a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
