Step-by-Step Guide to Registering a New Domain
- Log in to your account on our client portal.
- Navigate to the "Domains" section and click on "Register a New Domain".
- Search for the domain name you'd like to register by entering it into the search bar. You can also select the desired Top-Level Domain (TLD) from the dropdown menu.
- If your desired domain is available, you'll see it listed in the search results. Select the domain and click "Add to Cart".
- Review your cart and proceed to checkout. You'll be prompted to provide payment information and confirm your order.
- Once you've completed the checkout process, your domain registration will be processed.

Domain Registration Periods
The minimum domain registration period is 1 year, and you can register for up to 10 years at a time.
After Registration
Once your domain is registered, it will be active immediately. However, please note that DNS propagation may take 24-48 hours to complete. During this time, your website and email services may not be fully functional.

It's essential to ensure that your contact details are accurate and up-to-date. This information is used for WHOIS lookups and can affect domain management. You can update your contact information through our client portal.
Managing DNS for Your Domain
If DNS management is enabled for your domain, you can manage its DNS settings directly from within our client portal. This allows you to configure your domain's DNS records and direct it to your desired services. If DNS management is not enabled, you can manage your DNS at your hosting provider or contact support@rightservers.com for assistance.
